Archbishop Robert Wise to meet
with Pope Benedict XVI...
The Most Rev. Robert L. Wise, member of the International House of Bishops for the Communion of Evangelical episcopal Churches, is now in England working with clergy in the Milton Keynes township north of England...
...On Monday, he will be flying to Rome where he will go by train to Assisi, Italy. Archbishop Wise will be meeting with the Catholic Fraternity that covers millions of Roman Catholics around the world. The Fraternity is convening in the Church of St. Francis where the saint is buried. During this gathering, the meaning of renewal will be explored. Following the sessions, Archbishop Wise and Fr. Tony Palmer will go to Rome to meet with the Pope, Benedict XVI.
At the conclusion of the time in Rome, Archbishop Wise and Fr. Palmer travel to Naples, Italy to meet with Clergy in that area. They will travel by ship to the Isle of Capri where Archbishop Wise will be teaching members of the Ark Community about church history. Archbishop Wise will return to the USA on November 11.
